Each order is carefully prepared and sent off with intention — from our hands to yours.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We always do our best to send your pieces out as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping (United States)

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.

• Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch

Order Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

Vintage Heaven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, a $6 reshipping fee will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is under their care.

While we always hope for a smooth delivery, Vintage Heaven is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.

If you experience an issue, we recommend reaching out directly to USPS with your tracking number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We offer a 1-hour grace period after placing your order for any changes or cancellations.

After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
